    • Hot water heaters
    • Thermostats
    • Drinking fountains
    • Trash compactors
    • Vending machines

• Barrels or drums that have not been cleaned or are free of all remaining product or have labels indicating prior hazardous products
• Batteries of any type: lead, lead acid, nickel-cadmium (dry or wet), lithium, lithium-ion, ni-metal hydride, absolute & hybrid batteries
• Compressed/liquefied gas cylinders or vessels (oxygen, propane, acetylene, argon, refrigerants, fire extinguishers, etc) unless cut & no longer intact prior to delivery
• Gas Tanks unless cut & no longer intact prior to delivery
• Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
• Oil filled capacitors & oil filled ballast
• Televisions containing CRT’s or Mercury
• Tires & materials containing tires
• Whole or intact automobiles
• Non-Metallics, dirt/soils (including but not limited to dirt, soils, garbage, concrete, tar, paper, rags, wood, food products, excessive plastics or rubber)
• Transformers containing oil will not be accepted – transformers must be “dry” & free from PCB’s
• Submersible Well Pumps
• Mercury, which can be found in appliances, barometers, batteries, electronics, light bulbs, medical equipment, thermometers, thermostats
• Used Oil Filters
• Materials Containing Fluids (oil, fuel, coolant, antifreeze, cutting oil, hydraulic oil, solvents, etc.)
• Explosives including airbag canisters
• Tanks (unless professionally cleaned)
• Stolen Materials (railroad scrap accepted with appropriate ownership documentation)
• Lightbulbs
• Dross materials
• Printers, toners & ink jets
• Bag house collection systems
• Military scrap unless inspected or approved
• Hazardous Waste, Toxic or Radioactive material
